Riders must behave professionally with customers and vendors, follow traffic and safety rules, and report incidents promptly. Misconduct, fraud, or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.

5. Penalties & Holds

Payouts may be held, adjusted, or deducted in cases of fake delivery, missing cash collection, disputes, or policy violations.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may revise payout rules, incentives, and safety requirements from time to time with due notice.
